On-Site Management

Our experienced hands-on team will take care of all on-site logistics. We will be the helping hand that allows you to make the most of your event.

When we are on site with you our role is simply to take care of the detail. We liaise with the venue, production crew and contractors, host your registration desk and greet your delegates. We co-ordinate with your speakers and support your exhibitors. From set up to de-rig and everything in-between we work alongside you with the sole purpose of making your event a great success. Nothing is too large or too small to warrant our attention and when the unexpected does happen, the DUO team will shine through to find a solution.
